I once talked to this lady who was interested in loosing weight. I myself had lost a few myself and she was impressed by it and wanted to do the same. She asked me how, and i talked to her about my daily routines which included everyday workouts and diets.
She said she wished she could go to the gym but she has asthma. RIGHT THERE, you see, that is an excuse. You could still go to the gym and get regular exercise even if you are asthmatic. Truth is, with the right approach physical activities can benefit your asthma symptoms.
Another lady asked me how I was able to loose weight, and I told her about my routine, she was disapointed because she was expecting I should mention a drug i used that helped me loose weight. But since I didnt have any. she lost interest.
The reason alot of us are not where we want to be, or who we want to be is because we make so much excuse for our shortcomings. Also, A lot of people are not willing to do the work it takes to achieve their dreams, they want the shortcut, but believe me, there is no real success that do not require hard work. What excuse have you been hiding under, there can only be a real change in your life if you start taking responsibility now and going after your dream.
