Five months after its release, Rema’s debut album “Rave & Roses” music video “Calm Down” has surpassed 100 million views on YouTube.

The music video for the single is the fastest Afrobeats music video to achieve this feat, making Rema the youngest Afrobeats artiste to do so.

Rema is the first Nigerian artist whose single has amassed massive streams in a short period of time. His hit song “Calm Down” has received over 100 million views on YouTube.

Calm Down was released on February 20, 2022, and it has grossed a lot of money for Rema since then. It is the first Afrobeats song to reach 100 million views in under 5 months.

Rema has now officially joined the ranks of Davido, Wizkid, and Burna, whose music videos have surpassed

100 million views on YouTube.

The fourth track on “Rave & Roses” is “Calm Down.”

Rema’s highly anticipated debut album, “Rave & Roses,” was released in March.

On Twitter, he announced the album’s release, writing, “Here’s a piece of my soul to you, my debut Album Rave & Roses out now.” Thank you for your love and support over the years, RAVE! ” #RaveAndRoses

In an interview with Apple Music, he says of the album, “I swear this album has different moods, different stories.”

He mentions that, aside from the story they tell, each project has different meanings for him and that “it’s that bridge to bring the fans closer to Rema.”
